市售珍珠充滿著添加物,自己做又超級搞工

Normally, boba is always with lots of additives for chewy taste. But it’s also complicated to make at home.

所以哪裡可以買到不添加珍珠呢

無色素珍珠,珍珠煮好後呈現晶透感

The boba is without food coloring , it turns to crystal after cooking, not like the normal one turns to black.

[材料-Ingredients]

珍珠 dried boba ... 11 cup

水   water............. 500-600c.c.

紅糖 brown suger 50g

冰水 cold water ...500c.c.


2.珍珠放在鍋子中,在加剛煮好的熱水
1.在茶壺中煮水 Boil water in a teapot.
[作法Instructions]

   Put boba in a pot then bring the boiled water in.

3.請請的攪拌,散開珍珠

   Stir gently and separate boba.

4.加糖 Add suger.

5.中火煮半小時

   Turn the heat to medium and cook the bobafor 30minutes.

6.悶半小時

    Put a lid on the pot and let it sit for half hour.

7.把水瀝乾 Pour water out.

8.將珍珠放入冷水中等十分鐘

    Put bubbles in cold water for 10 minutes.

9.把水瀝乾 Pour water out.
